Before Soleta can give you a truly useful response, we need to understand your project. The questions below take around five minutes and allow us to give you a relevant, specific reply — not a brochure.
A Private Consultation is not a price list. It is a structured first response to your project — based on your site, your programme, your direction, and your timeline. To produce one, we need to know something about all four. The questions in this form are designed specifically to gather that information.
You do not need to have everything already decided. Many clients come to us before they have found land, or while they are still choosing between models. What matters is that there is a serious intention to build — the details can be refined together.
The form takes around five minutes. The more specific you are, the more useful our response will be. You do not need to have every answer exactly — estimates and ranges are fine.
Your brief is read by the Soleta team and assigned to the architect best suited to your project type and location. We aim to respond within three business days with a written summary: what is feasible, what the next steps would be, and what information we would need from you to proceed. There is no sales call, no automated sequence, and no obligation.
