A second home that feels like a first escape.
Compact, calm architecture designed for rest, nature, and an authentic connection to the landscape.

The Soleta Holiday & Retreat collection is designed for one purpose: to make arrival feel like relief. Compact, thoughtfully planned spaces that maximise natural light, connection to the outdoors, and the quality of quiet.
These homes can also be built for challenging sites — sloping terrain, plots near water, forest settings, and more. The option of ground screw foundations disturbs the land very little and allows the house to be moved if circumstances change.
Holiday homes can also generate income. We advise on configurations optimised for tourism — including separate entrance options, outdoor shower and sauna layouts, and ZeroEnergy systems that make off-grid operation viable.

- Second home owners seeking calm, low-maintenance architecture in nature

What defines this collection
Also designed for challenging terrain
Ground screw foundations work on slopes, rocky ground, and sites near wetland areas, where conventional foundations are problematic or require significant earthworks.
Relocatable
Homes built on ground screws can be dismantled and moved to a new site — particularly useful for plots with temporary planning permission or clients whose circumstances may change.
Off-grid capable
Solar systems, battery storage, and rainwater harvesting make independent operation possible even in locations without reliable grid access.
Short build time
From signed contract to full completion with keys in hand, in 3–4 months. The structure is erected in a matter of days. No prolonged site disturbance in sensitive or remote landscapes.
