Soleta is a small, precise organisation. We design, engineer, manufacture and build premium Post&Beam homes worldwide. The work is technically demanding, the standards are high, and the output is permanent. We recruit carefully, and not often.
Every project at Soleta is a complete cycle — from the first client conversation to the handover walkthrough. The people who work here understand the full sequence: what design commits the engineer to, what engineering commits the factory to, what the factory commits the assembly team to. That continuity of accountability is what makes the quality consistent. It is also what makes the work demanding. We do not operate in isolated departments where decisions are handed over a wall and forgotten.
We do not offer a list of lifestyle benefits as a recruitment argument. What we offer is serious work on a product we are proud of, with colleagues who are good at what they do. The standard of output matters here in a way that is not common in construction. A detail resolved incorrectly in the engineering drawing becomes a problem in the factory. A problem in the factory becomes a problem on site. Everyone understands this chain. Soleta is headquartered in Sweden and manufactures in Central Europe. Our clients are spread across multiple European countries. The work involves regular engagement with international clients, international site conditions and international regulatory contexts. We are not a local contractor that occasionally goes abroad.

We work at the intersection of architecture, structural engineering and precision manufacturing. The people who thrive here are those who care about getting the technical detail right — not as a formality, but because they understand what the alternative produces.
Soleta homes are designed for long service life. The decisions made at every stage of design and production have consequences that outlast any individual project. We look for people who think in those terms — who understand that the quality of their work is not consumed at handover but begins there.
In a small team, there is no ambiguity about who is responsible for what. We look for people who are comfortable with that clarity — who want to own their work fully, see it through to completion, and stand behind the result.
We do not maintain a rolling jobs board. We recruit when a specific need arises and when the right person appears — not to fill a headcount.
