House Bezmalinovic sits in a mountainous region of Croatia — a site with pronounced seasonal variation and a landscape that demanded careful orientation and material choices.
The Classic 120 was configured for full-time family occupation, with generous living spaces on the ground floor and three bedrooms oriented to capture morning light and mountain views.
Natural wood fibre insulation and a passive solar orientation ensure thermal comfort through both summer and winter without reliance on mechanical systems.
